Different products taught me to solve different kinds of problems: understanding how an existing system works, finding where complexity comes from, and deciding what actually needs to change.

Why does finding the right asset often take longer than creating it?
Modernizing an established DAM meant looking beyond the search interface. I worked across discovery, metadata, asset management and permissions, translating an existing product into Jio Design System while preserving its established workflows and context.

What happens when the transcript becomes the work?
I designed an AI-assisted transcription workspace for what happens after speech becomes text: reviewing, correcting, searching and understanding long-form content in context.

How do you make a decade of information worth exploring?
I designed a mobile-first experience that combined interactive storytelling, quizzes, progress and feedback to turn a time-bound civic campaign into a structured digital journey.
👋 Hi, I'm Harish.
Product designer, but that's probably the least interesting thing about me.
I'm curious about how things work, why people behave the way they do, and why perfectly simple problems somehow become complicated.
I started with Computer Engineering, found my way into UX research and interface design, and eventually landed in product design. Somewhere along the way, I realised I enjoy the part before the pixels too: figuring out what the problem actually is, what needs to change, and what doesn't.
Today, I spend most of my time designing products, untangling messy workflows, arguing about tiny details, and occasionally planning a motorcycle ride with far too many stops.
I still like figuring things out.

MY THOUGHTS
Every project here represents a different way of thinking understanding people, simplifying complexity, and designing systems that feel intuitive despite the challenges behind them.
